There are many ways to achieve goals, this one works for me, but you must be the judge, as I say often at the beginning of workshops ‘don’t believe a word I say - find out the truth of this for yourself’
Developed over the past 20 years by Eric Dowsett this method of restoring balance back into the physical, mental and emotional energies is simple yet very powerful.
"What we have discovered over the years of practice is that the physical body, depending upon it’s personal history, holds onto various energies becoming sub-consciously addicted to various patterns of behavior."
These energetic patterns become more and more established in the physical form over time, creating in due course imbalance in the physical, emotional and mental energetics. When these old patterns are stimulated by seemingly ‘external’ sources they trigger off a response beyond the individuals ability to discern and thus move beyond this past conditioning.
This work is exquisite in it’s ability to locate and release unneeded energies. As the practitioner develops a greater sense of neutrality so their ability to support others move beyond old patterns and limitations grows. The old patterning is not reinforced in any way.
When any information held in the body is no longer supported on an energetic level it is essentially redundant and cellular charge falls away allowing an opportunity for movement in a new, more positive direction.
The incoming information is considered as data, which can come from many sources, including earth energies, technology and other humans (in the form of thoughts and emotions) in their immediate environment. None of theses sources of information is any more important than any other, it is just data / information that the body responds / reacts to, again, based upon personal history.
When the practitioner does not judge any information as more or less relevant others are able to express themselves, on a sub-conscious / energetic level, in a real sense, find a place of safety from where they can let go of old, negative patterns. As one lets go of this information a new sense understanding their deeper nature presents and with this arises a greater sense of calmness, out of which different options become available.
This ‘work’ does not require that the practitioner ‘do’ anything (other than self development). This may be the hardest part of the training, to allow information expressed physically or emotionally to pass through their awareness without identifying, judging or denying it. This is the core of the training.
