Move through life’s challenges more easily
Develop the skills to move through life’s challenges more easily by practicing ‘clearing’
When we are confronted by challenges in life it is how we respond, or react that determines the outcome of the situation, this in turn determines whether or not that situation arises again in our lives.
While we continue to react unconsciously, as we have done in the past, nothing really can change.
By understanding why we react to situations we can begin to observe the feelings associated with any situation.
By following the ‘Clearing’ practice we gradually ‘befriend’ those feelings and through a process of acceptance reduce the power they have over us, allowing us to respond, rather than react.
The more we learn to respond, the less likely it is that old patterns will repeat.
The moment you become aware is the moment of choice.
